From January 2018 through August 2019, I had the privilege of serving as the Visual Merchandiser for J. Crew's Crewcuts department at The Mall at Green Hills.
In this role, I used the bi-monthly company concept book as a spring board to place products to fit my physical space and appeal to my target customer.
The Crewcuts department was once the Women's sale area. As such, the space is much smaller than the typical Crewcuts department. A lot of adjustment was necessary to make the product fit and flow within the space. This was an aspect of my job that I absolutely loved. The fun is in the challenge!
